.............
I could see this on a larger scale working in some kind of public context. It's perfect in color and tone and it's simple. Here is a "how to" formula for rain dancing; similar to the Elks

Ann: We got a bit of drizzle the night after I posted this, then zip.

D: Isn't he/she something?. And that landscape is so wet. BTW: I heard Aunt Wilma sent you a most questionable photo. Geez

CO: it sure does

Keith: All babies seem to play. Why must we loose that aspect of ourselves? Maybe thats what makes this video so charming.

PJ: It's so true. They're actually getting geological permits together over at JPL to study the expected landslides and flooding. (maybe I was thinking of my yard)

Bellis: I've connected the dots and I think I know who you are. No puddles yet. The wait continues.

Tash: With the time change I seem to be able to catch the sunrises around here. I kept taking shots throughout the day. It was beautiful.

AH: Maybe where you live. Now can you return the favor? give me a second and I'll go get my camera

Mary: I went back to the same location of our walk. Can you believe a mother bear and her baby cubs were a mile up trail. I turned around. I'm afraid that since they're venturing so low, they must be getting desperate.

Shanna: Thanks. I thought the two images worked well together. I was going to make the sky smaller but then the equel weight seemed appropriate. I've been meaning to e-mail you and will.

Ronald: I don't know whether your complementing me or cutting me to shreds. I don't think we've even begun to touch the possibilities in digital technology. Lets wait and see before we pass judgement.

Art is Purpose, of mind, body and soul. Together it has inner power, the work has life itself, reflects our world, allowing us to feel what is, to live life intensely. Through sight alone, or sound. Or words when used as tools, not things of worth in themselves, in poetry. Through sense that reveal the world more fully, in balance, with Meaning. It doesn’t matter how it is crated, which technique, in and of itself no medium is more important or meaningful than another. There is no inbuilt worth, just possibilities to use to communicate.
So far, most digital communication devices have proven shallow, word based and trapped in time, to soon be replaced, though the possibility always exists for worth. But not BECAUSE of the medium, but inspite of its limitations. Anything that brings arts Purpose closer to being, to fulfillment to producing feelings of truth, of balance, of unity, is relevant. And though I hope it rains, digital proclamations such as they are, WON't necessarily make it happen sooner

Didn't you just love the sky today - you got a great shot of it.
BTW - The ginger plant is on the back patio in a pot, and has 3 cornlike stalks. I was so thrilled to see the 3 little blossoms.
