The only other performance artist I can think of off hand that made it into pop culture was Laurie Anderson. There are probably others but at the moment I can’t think anymore and I need to run… see ya

AH: We in the Highlands partake of the finest vintage when it comes to sugary drinks (think soda pop king Galcos). In this case “said bottle” was a 2004 bottle of Broguiere’s egg nog. I keep the empty for pouring tap water into my Mr Coffee expresso maker. About the dog sitter (true story?)

Vanda: Find them!! My first siamese cat watched me wrap christmas presents and then put them under the tree. When I woke up the next day I discovered the entire contents of my kitchen fruit bowl under the tree (including a grapefruit). I found the tooth marks. She was my all time favorite cat.

Tash: Wegman is the only performance artist I can think of who managed to cross into mainstream markets. Besides the Monte Carlo, Mr V also sold his truck to a fellow who also wanted to cherry it out. It was a 1962 Chevy full bed that Mr V acquired through the trade of a watercolor to Loydd Hamerol (he’s the guy who did the cut out cars in the half circle you photographed).

Mr V met Wegman in the early 70’s, liked him. Remember when he went back to painting in the late 80’s? Saw a show at Solomon’s (son’s) gallery. What ever happened to him? anyhow, Wegman was a visiting artist at PCC.

Yes… trail heads are on Mulholland Drive but Wilacre Park isn’t. Wilacre Park also charges a parking fee of five dollars per auto. Runyan Canyon Park, Fryman Canyon Overlook and Coldwater Canyon Park all have trail heads off of Mulholland Drive.

It’s funny; the locals refer to the whole area as Fryman Canyon, or Fryman Canyon Park. Your in my hood now and I never even knew it was part of a silent movie stars estate. But you’re into those things, so of course you’d know about the movie starlight.

The dog park is indeed off Mulholland Dr and it is a fun place to take our dog Spot who likes to make lots of spots. Unfortunately for CO/CP felines are allowed (sorry poochie) I guess that leaves you out.

I’ve seen Phoebe with de makeup off. All I can say is she doesn’t look like a dog.
