“We the People” have much to say on the subject of George. Some of us don’t have enough George to make the mortgage. Some are grieving the loss of George. The majority look forward to getting rid of George. And we wait. Then there’s the George that caught my interest. His escapades are artist driven, internet dependent and consumer ready. By George, my George came to me by way of a Trader Joes cash register in La Canada. I followed the “wheresgeorge.com” link and tracked him back to Park City Utah. I won’t keep him. I’ll wait. I’m holding out for a Woody
……..

And I didn’t keep George. He’s part of a tip I left my server at Zelo’s on 1/17/09. I was in the company of the Mid-town-G’s who did the driving in their bio fuel car. FYI: It didn’t smell like cooking oil but it was a little stinky. It gets 40 mpg.
Hey! I’ve had one of those George’s before. I completely forgot. I meant to look up his past destinations but forgot. I wonder what happened to him. I wonder if, months later, you got him. Very fun post. Good job tying so many George’s together. And I’d take a Woody too.
Are those vultures or bankers?
Ceci n’est pas un Woody.
Jefferson might still manage a woody.
I lost track of my tracked/tracking George/David/Oliver…whoever. ;)
Check out my MostlyLAcounty for some Pasadena on Sunday photos… without PA :(
I’m headed out the door for a job I’m happy to have. A couple of Franklins a day keep the vultures at bay. Lunch?
Good bye George.
Margaret: It could be one in the same. I have a hard time believing that George took 46 days to get from Park City Utah to La Canada. I was rid of him in 24 hours.
D: I figured the vultures were sticking around waiting for McCaine to keel over
AH: Not French, anything but French. I ran it through Stella the google translator and as Xenon pointed out, Stella has no gift for linguistic subtlety.
Chef-King Walter: I’m sure he has (ask Sally Hennings)
Tash: Next time (I prefer pot luck gatherings in a park unless it’s the Aztec in Monrovia). I did check it out. A giant kitty. Good choice.
JC: yes, when?
