Susan, your words are a soothing balm of honey to my sack of ticks. I unfortunately suffer from the “more is more” syndrome. I’m slowly moving past this psychological disorder through the help of ant therapy. Millions have invaded my house. It’s helping me to except the concept of “less is best”. Happy hearts and rainbows await me! and I do have the best commentors (and your one of them toots).

MK O’Looney: am I sensing a little competition with the other Mary? You are inclined towards bouts of envy. It’s so unattractive.

Ditto Miss H about the quality of the comments. Some food blogs I follow get dozens of comments that say the same thing – variations of “This looks good.” What a snooze.

Your commenters, on the other hand, are so witty that I sometimes don’t comment because I feel I can’t match them. But that’s not what it’s about either.

BTW, I love the rug. (I know – I just left the equivalent of the “looks good” comment.)

I do sort of enjoy the idea of going over to “Glimpses of South Pasadena” or “Pasadena Daily Photo” and tagging their crew. I suffer from comment envy. That’s all your going to get out of me. Maybe one more thing… my Grandmother’s clan is from Sioux Center and Strawberry point.
